Apple Cider Vinegar has many uses, and this video touches on only some of it. Although this video is not only related to healthy eating, it also talks about using apple cider vinegar for skin and hair, but I just added it as I always love sharing how nature has provided us with everything we need.

Isabella says in this video that the most important thing about apple cider vinegar is to get a good quality one that is unfiltered. Being unfiltered will have more antioxidant properties.

Some of the uses of apple cider vinegar are:

  • as Salad dressing;
  • for weight loss: mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water and drink it slowly, several times a day.
  • As a toner for your face: mix one part of apple cider vinegar to two or three parts of water and use it as a toner.
  • For sun-burnt skin: You can use one part of apple cider vinegar to two parts of water. Apply it where your skin is burnt and will relief the pain and avoid the peeling of the skin.
  • For dandruff or lice: Shampoo the hair with apple cider vinegar

So definitely apple cider vinegar is one of those natural ingredients we always need to have in our homes.
