Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is a technique that helps you overcome limiting beliefs and blockages that stop you from being happy. Tapping can be used for many things to get rid of physical pain, emotional pain, depression, addictions, fears, phobias, fears of public speaking anger, frustration. or any other emotional problem. It can also be used to attract wealth, abundance, happiness, or success.
It can be learned quickly and once you learned it you can do it on your own. So it is a cheap therapy that you can do every day and the beauty of t is that it produces quick results and it does not have any side effects.
I have found this video from Leon Jay, EFT practitioner, that explains how easy is to do EFT.
Leon suggests that you need to decide what you want to overcome. You need to be specific as you can. Once you identified the problem of what you wnat to overcome, measure the pain or the emotions that this problem is causing you. Measure the intensity from 0 to 10. where 0 means no problem and 10 means a bigger problem.
Then we need to tap on specific points. We need a phrase to start tapping that says, “Even though I have this problem I deeply and completely accept myself” You need to replace this problem with whatever is your obstacle.
Even though I have a sharp pain in my shoulder I completely and deeply accept myself.
Then we need a reminder phase which will remind us of the problem for example “The sharp pain in my shoulder
Then tap in the points repeating the reminder phrase. The tapping points are
* Under the wrist
* Top of the head
* Side of the eye
* Under the eye
* Under the nose
* Under the lip
* Collar bone
* Under the arm
* Top of the wrist
* Under the wrist
Watch the video to see how easy it is to do it. You need to repeat the cycle until your evaluation of the pain the problem is causing you reaches zero.
So now that you have watched this, it is time to start putting into practice. I challenge yourself to put it into practice and comment on your results.
