Apple Cider Vinegar : Health Benefits

Apple Cider Vinegar has many uses, and this video touches on only some of it. Although this video is not only related to healthy eating, it also talks about using apple cider vinegar for skin and hair, but I just added it as I always love sharing how nature has provided us with everything we need.

Isabella says in this video that the most important thing about apple cider vinegar is to get a good quality one that is unfiltered. Being unfiltered will have more antioxidant properties.

Some of the uses of apple cider vinegar are:

  • as Salad dressing;
  • for weight loss: mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water and drink it slowly, several times a day.
  • As a toner for your face: mix one part of apple cider vinegar to two or three parts of water and use it as a toner.
  • For sun-burnt skin: You can use one part of apple cider vinegar to two parts of water. Apply it where your skin is burnt and will relief the pain and avoid the peeling of the skin.
  • For dandruff or lice: Shampoo the hair with apple cider vinegar

So definitely apple cider vinegar is one of those natural ingredients we always need to have in our homes.

Please leave any comments about how you use apple cider vinegar and results you get.

    As a child, mMy mom would give me apple cider vinegar whenever I had an upset stomach. She would fill a small glass with about 1/4 inch with the apple cider vinegar and fill the rest with water. She’d then sweeten it with either sugar or honey. It worked almost every time because the vinegar would balance the acids in the stomach.

      Hi Rochelle, Yes. I also drink it like that, with hot water and honey. Sometimes instead of drinking a tea will drink that. It does really work. Thanks for sharing your experience.
