Health Benefits of Apples: Lower Cholesterol and Increase Bowel Movement

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. This is a true statement since the health benefits of apples are many and they are a must in a healthy eating diet.  The apple contains a special kind of fiber, that can lower cholesterol, and also produce big huge bowel movement. So apples are our friends, unless you are diabetic when you cannot eat fruit for a while.

Apple seeds contain a special cyanide that kills cancer cells. Jeff recommends eating apple to people hat are constipated. Also stewed apple, when it gets very soft is great for constipation. Apple is also a versatile fruit. You can eat it with savoury plates or use them for cakes and pies. You can always include one or two apples in your vegetable juice or fruit smoothie and it will taste great.
