Raw Food Diet: My 7 Day Challenge

https://youtu.be/QpM3txWzwxs        ”

About six months ago I started my raw food diet  with a 7 day raw food challenge. I loved it but after the first 7 days and a 10 day  juice feasting that I did, then I could not get back to 100% raw food. I will eat raw ood but also lots of rice and baked potatoes, and then I will give in my cravings to chocolate or sweets.  Therefore instead of losing weight or keeping my weight I put on quite a bit of weight.

Raw Food DietAfter putting weight on then I decided to get back on the raw food challenge. Also I really missed that state of calmness and a happier self sense I  had experimented before. I  started this week again with the 7 day raw challenge.  I am doing great.   The video is from my first day, but today was my fifth day of the challenge. I am enjoying the foods, and I hardly feel any cravings The only time I  have cravings is late at night, and what I have been doing is drinking a peppermint tea with a teaspoon of honey or some days I had an extra smoothie.

The diet I follow is high in carbs, and low in fats and protein. My favorite smoothie is made out of frozen bananas, some peaches, strawberries and some baby spinach. It is like a delicious ice cream.

I must add that I think I am detoxing emotionally more than physically. I am not experimenting more happiness at the moment and the burst of energy, But I am happy to continue because I know it will happen. So I  will give it a time. Also I believe I will lose some weight.

I love the challenge and Natasha from Raw Radiant Health has been very supportive in this journey.  Through my reading and searching I found many theories about raw foods,  that vary in the amount of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. I really like Natasha’s approach.

I do trust all the ideas you’ve presented on your post. They’re very convincing and
will definitely work. Still, the posts are very brief for newbies.
Could you please prolong them a bit from subsequent time?

    Thank you for the post.
