Following with my tips for a happier self, my third tip is the morning self talk.
Self talk is important. We do underestimate the power of words. Yo probably have heard that words can build you up or destroy you. That is so true. I have personally experienced this qute strongly in my life. But that is for another post.
This post is just a quick tip on spending time every morning, after you have done you have doen your morning routine or spiritual routine then spend two minutes in front of the mirror talking to your self.
In fact not sure why I excluded this from your morning routine, but it should be included in it. You are the most important person in your life, and you need to show it to yourself. Spend two minutes smiling at you, laughing at you, and doing some loving self talk to you.
Decide that you will have a happy day. Happiness is our choice, and you have the power each morning to decide if you are going to be happy or you will be grumpy. So which one you will decide
Decide to live your day as if it was teh last day of your life. Will you be sad and depressed if it was teh last day of your life? What woudl you do if it was teh last day of yoru life . I know we all have duties to carry out, and sometimes we do not feel like doing them, and you may well say, how come I live like it is the last day of my life, and I have so many thing I need to do and I do not want to. Well. just put your heart on whatever you have to do. Just doing things willingly and doing the best you can do, then your attitude will change. .

- I love you.
- I am the best
- I am beautiful
- I am going to have a great day
- I am so grateful that is Monday and another challenging, or wonderful week is starting.
- What can I do today to make someone else’s day better?
- What challenge will I overcome today?
- If it was the last day of my life what would be doing?
